Project Overview
Lotuse is a 480 m² supermarket located in Manama, Bahrain, created as a clean, efficient and visually consistent retail environment for everyday shopping. Dina Group handled the entire journey—from 3D concept design to on-site implementation—ensuring that every meter of space works both for customers and for store operations.
During the 3D design phase, we carefully planned customer circulation, category zoning, and sightlines so that shoppers can easily read the store from the entrance. The aisles, shelving heights, and refrigeration lines were coordinated to balance density of products with comfort of movement, while keeping key categories such as beverages, grocery, dairy and chilled items always within clear view.
On site, Dina Group’s team implemented the design with precision: installing Monoshelf gondola shelving, energy-efficient Acmecoolant / Addcold refrigeration systems, and focused lighting by On-Lights to highlight merchandise on each shelf. End-caps and branded side panels reinforce the Lotuse identity, while back-of-house flows for restocking, storage and staff access were optimized to minimize disruption on the sales floor.
The result is a compact hypermarket-style store that feels organized, bright and premium, giving Lotuse a strong competitive position in its neighborhood and delivering a smooth shopping experience from entrance to checkout.
