Process

A clear 8-step path from brief to opening.

The same structure we use for supermarkets and concept stores, tailored to fashion: from first brand conversation to finished store, we own design, drawings, fixtures and coordination.

01 BRIEF & BRAND

Brand, customer & collection

We start with your brand position, target customer, assortment structure and store location. Together we define what the space must achieve: perception, capacity and KPIs.

02 SPACE PLANNING

2D layout & adjacencies

We map customer flow, sightlines and key merchandising moments: windows, new-in, bestsellers and fitting rooms. Adjacencies reflect how your customers actually shop.

03 FIXTURE STRATEGY

Hanging, folding & display mix

We define the right balance between hanging walls, mid-floor gondolas, display tables, accessory fixtures and feature pieces so the store fits your volumes and VM style.

04 3D DESIGN

Material, colour & lighting concept

Realistic 3D views show finishes, lighting, VM zones, signage and brand elements. You can “walk” the store, adjust details and present the concept internally before we build.

05 MEP & ENGINEERING

Technical coordination

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing layouts are coordinated around fitting rooms, cash desk, stockroom and feature lighting, aligned with landlord guidelines and local codes.

06 FIT-OUT

Construction & finishes

We build walls, ceilings, floors and decorative elements according to the approved 3D design, ready for fixtures, lighting and merchandising.

07 FIXTURES & EQUIPMENT

Installation & detailing

Wall systems, gondolas, tables, mannequins, mirrors, fitting rooms and cash desk are manufactured, installed and aligned. We fine-tune heights, sightlines and walkways on site.

08 HANDOVER

Opening & next steps

We hand over a ready-to-merchandise store, support your team during opening and stay with you for adaptations, new capsules and future branches.

Fixtures & operations

From front window to stockroom and back.

Fashion stores are more than beautiful displays. We design the full environment: windows, VM, fitting rooms and cash desk, plus back-of-house and stockroom flows that keep the floor tidy.

Front-of-house & customer experience

Everything the customer sees and feels in the store:

  • Window concepts, LED light boxes and focal displays.
  • Wall systems, mid-floor gondolas and display tables.
  • Dedicated footwear, accessories and denim zones.
  • Comfortable fitting rooms with mirrors and lighting designed for apparel.
  • Cash desk layouts that manage queues without blocking the floor.

Back-of-house, stock & operations

Invisible but critical for daily performance:

  • Stockroom racking and hanging systems sized to delivery rhythm.
  • Clear back-of-house routes between stockroom and shop floor.
  • Staff room, office and storage for VM tools and packaging.
  • Integration points for security gates, EAS tags and CCTV.
  • Lighting and power planning for steaming, tagging and prep.
