We support single-brand stores, multi-brand retailers and chains across GCC, UK, Europe and beyond.

Store zones

Tech and appliance categories we design around.

A successful tech or appliance store is built around category behaviour: how people discover TVs, compare smartphones, choose washing machines and build their smart home. We plan layouts and fixtures around these real shopping journeys.

Displays & entertainment

TV, audio & home cinema

Areas for testing picture quality, sound and streaming – without creating visual or acoustic chaos.

  • TV walls with controlled lighting and cable management.
  • Sound bars, speakers and home cinema demo zones.
  • Seating and viewing distances planned for real use.

Smartphones & gadgets

Mobiles, tablets & wearables

High-interaction zones where customers can touch, compare and connect devices safely.

  • Demo tables with integrated power, security and cabling.
  • Brand zones and neutral areas for multi-brand comparison.
  • Accessory walls for cases, chargers, headphones and more.

Large home appliances

Washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, cookers and dishwashers displayed by use, size and brand.

  • Heavy-duty display plinths and safe customer circulation.
  • Logical grouping by family, capacity and energy class.
  • Clear signage for comparison of features and specs.

Small kitchen & home appliances

From coffee machines to vacuum cleaners – displayed in a way that invites testing and bundling.

  • Tiered shelving and tables for grouped demonstrations.
  • Power points for live demos where allowed.
  • Cross-merchandising with accessories and consumables.

Connected home

Smart home & networking

Zones that explain ecosystems rather than single products: routers, cameras, sensors and voice control.

  • Scenario-based displays showing complete smart home sets.
  • Clear separation between entry-level and advanced setups.
  • Space for staff demos and configuration help.

IT & built-in

Computing & built-in appliances

Laptops, PCs and built-in kitchen appliances planned for both display and consultation.

  • Workstation-style displays for laptops and PCs.
  • Cabinet mock-ups for built-in ovens, hobs and fridges.

Process

An 8-step path from brief to opening.

The same 0–100% method we use for supermarkets and specialist stores, adapted for tech and appliances: from concept and zoning to MEP, fixtures, equipment and after-sales support.

01 CONSULT

Initial consultation & project brief

We discuss your brand, price level, category mix (mobiles, TVs, appliances, smart home), target customers and location. Together we define what success looks like for this store.

02 PLANNING

Functional planning & zoning

We separate demo and high-touch zones from heavy appliance and stock areas, while keeping routes for customers and staff short, logical and safe.

03 2D DESIGN

Precise 2D store layout

Floor plans position TV walls, demo tables, appliance lines, counters, storage and service areas. 2D design ensures compliance with mall rules, safety and accessibility before construction.

04 3D DESIGN

Immersive 3D visualisation

We create realistic 3D views so you can walk through your future tech store, see materials, lighting, digital screens and category signage, and approve the final look.

05 MEP

Engineering & technical drawings

Mechanical, electrical and data layouts are coordinated with display loads, power demand, cooling, ventilation and cabling for devices, screens and network equipment.

06 IMPLEMENTATION

Fit-out & construction

We build your store: walls, ceilings, flooring, ceiling grids, lighting and finishes – always following the approved 3D design and schedule, coordinated with the landlord.

07 EQUIPMENT & FIXTURES

Display systems & equipment installation

TV walls, gondolas, demo tables, appliance platforms, counters and back-of-house equipment are delivered, installed and aligned. We test power, data, lighting and ergonomics on site.

08 HANDOVER

Handover & after-sales support

We hand over a ready-to-merchandise store, support your team during opening and stay with you for maintenance, upgrades and new branch roll-outs.

Fixtures & operations

Display systems, back-of-house and service.

Tech and appliance stores combine high-value devices, heavy products and service processes. We design both the customer-facing fixtures and the invisible operational backbone.

Front-of-house & customer experience

Everything that shapes how customers explore and compare:

  • Device tables with integrated power, data and security.
  • TV and monitor walls with correct heights and angles.
  • Appliance platforms that communicate size and capacity.
  • Clear wayfinding between tech, white goods and smart home.
  • Checkout and service counters designed for quick help.

Back-of-house, stock & service

What keeps the floor replenished and the service team effective:

  • Stockrooms for boxed TVs, appliances and devices with racking planned by volume.
  • Service and repair benches with power, tools and ESD-safe surfaces.
  • Back routes for movement of large appliances without crossing customers.
  • Spaces for click & collect, online returns and warranty processes.
  • Integration points for security gates, CCTV and access control.
