Design Department Manager

  • Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, and Training

  • Ensuring that all drawings completed for production (internal) and installation (external) adhere to corporate drafting standards

Warehouse Manager

  • Packing, shipping, and receiving orders in a timely and organized manner
  • Moving and arranging inventory items in multiple warehouses
  • Pulling order from warehouse inventory
  • Preparing orders for loading and shipment with customer
  • Stock management and record keeping
  • Checking new deliveries and comparing deliveries with PL
  • Forklift/ scissor lift/ lift truck certification is an asset

Installation team


  • Technical information of products and installation skills
  • Team work with all members of our installation team
  • Review of project drawings, layout of proposed anchor systems in preparation and coordination with all required parties
  • Organize shipment of product, packing slips and site instructions for installation to site on a timely basis and follow with Project Manager to ensure a proper installation will be achieved.
  • Ensure a proper and timely installation has been carried out, inspect project prior to leaving site and if final assembly has occurred request production of Log Book & Comprehensive Report Package for client.
  • Complete Site Review capturing accurate details. Distribute this Site Review to Designers and engineers
  • Strong awareness of surroundings taking into account safety of self and others
  • Knowledge and understanding on how and when to use specific hand/ power tools
  • Ability to work independently
  • Welding experience is considered an asset
  • Forklift/ scissor lift certification is considered an asset

Sales Department

Sales Manager Engineer

  • Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, and Training
  • Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Our Team

Accounting Department

Senior Accountant:

  • Revenue analysis, variance reporting, budgeting and recording
  • Completes month end duties on time and accurately; identifies variances and reports back to the Controller
  • Tracks and reports complex daily banking in multiple currencies, prepares related bank reconciliations and entries
  • Supports and assists in complex sales budgeting process: data gathering, interpretation, and variance analysis with team and the Controller.
  • Reviews and approves AR credits for control and with a view to sales analysis & impact.
  • Creates and modifies monthly reports for managers and accounting department.
  • Cross trains into other areas for overflow and vacation coverage, AR & AP.
  • Undertakes other initiatives and projects in response to changing business conditions and as directed.

Accounting staff

  • Prepare and analyze current and past financial data and performance reports to support senior management decision making
  • Develop reports and projection based on the analysis
  • Identify trends and variances in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
  • Prepare schedules for month end processes
